For those of you that don’t know, what is bran? It’s the flour that’s the white part of wheat. It’s the germ of the wheat. It’s the first part of the wheat which is brown. It’s got a great deal of protein and it’s very high in fiber. It’s very good for you.
I know what bran is and I know what its not, so I’ll take no more bran from your dumb ass.
