Next Steps Slide is a presentation designed to show you the steps that are needed to begin to get you started on your journey of becoming a self-aware citizen. It was created by the folks at Mind-Body Mind, Inc.
We’re about to show you the most important thing to consider when getting self-aware: how to actually use your brain.
The presentation goes over all the basic steps to self-awareness with an example that takes about 45 minutes to complete. It also goes over the benefits of self-awareness. You are supposed to walk into the room and be able to say, “I am aware of my brain”, and we believe that this is the first step toward self-awareness.
It was really cool hearing the presentation, and it made me think about how I’ve been using my phone for 3 years, only to discover that I am actually using my phone for the entire time. To this day, there are things I don’t understand about how my brain works, and I’m hoping that this presentation will help me better understand this stuff.
To self-awareness, we need to be able to say, “Hey, what the hell is going on?” and we should also believe that the first step is to realize that we are the only ones aware of the fact that we are here. It is a huge leap from this step to self-awareness, and it’s the hardest step there is.
To fully realize this first step, we need to be able to say, Hey, what the hell is going on and we should also believe that the first step is to realize that we are not here. I believe that the first step of self-awareness is to realize that we are not here, and that we are not the only ones aware of the fact that we are here.
So what is the next step? To fully realize that we are here, we need to know that we are aware of our awareness. So then we need to know that we are aware of our awareness. When we say that we are aware of our awareness, we are simply saying that we are aware of the fact that we are aware of being aware.
So the next step is to get it. I think I said that you need to think in terms of “happening to me”, because “happening to me” is the next step. So where we are here, where we are aware that we are here, we need to be aware that we are aware that we are aware.
That is why I believe that we need to be aware of our awareness. It’s not so much that we need to be aware of our awareness, but that we need to be aware of the fact that we are aware. Just like when we’re aware of our awareness, we’re also aware that we are aware of being aware.
Now, I’m not suggesting that we forget all that we know about our bodies and our minds. But I also don’t think we need to think in terms of something else entirely. There are plenty of situations where I just need to let go of my sense of being aware of my body and my mind. I don’t need to be aware of how I look, I don’t need to be aware of what I’m thinking, I don’t need to be aware of how I feel.
