I’m not a huge fan of trello. I’m all about creating lists and using them to keep track of tasks. But the problem is that I’m not good at keeping track of them. I have a tendency to create lists of things I need to accomplish and forget about them. Even when I make a “to-do” list, I’m not all that good at making it stick to my mind.
To be honest, I don’t think these problems are unique to trello. I have a pretty similar problem with lists that I can only do so well in Trello. The best way to find out where you suck is to make a list. Then see if you can make it better.

Yes, I could make a list that lists everything I do that day. And then a list that lists all of the things I eat. Thats pretty much it. But I dont. I dont want to feel like Im talking about myself.

If you find a list of everything that you did that day and you’re ready to do it again, then you’re ready to make a list. But if you have to find out how to do that every day, then make a list.

But unlike Trello, with trello there is no ability to add a new item or remove an already existing one. This makes it an excellent tool for people who want to organize their life in a specific way. But the downside? Once you add a new item, its easy to accidentally remove an item that is still there.
It’s easy to accidentally remove an item, but it’s also easy to accidentally delete an item. Trello is different because it can prevent you from accidentally deleting the same item over and over. So if you want to do your daily tasks, write them down. If you want to do your list of tasks, write them down.
I like Trello, I love it. It’s just so much easier for me to organize my life that way than I am using an Excel spreadsheet. But if you want to organize your life using Trello, you’ll want to set up a schedule for it. If you want to use Trello for your daily tasks, you can probably pick up some cheap-o templates.
The schedule is not very complicated, but it does have a few points to consider. Trello has a great calendar system, so it will always be as easy as simply clicking the “view” button in the upper right of the screen and then dragging your tasks into position. But you might want to do some editing on your tasks to make sure they are in the right order, and that you don’t accidentally move them around.

This new one is also less complicated because it simply adds a new task to your calendar, and each day you can make changes to the tasks you have already set. You can also move tasks from one calendar to another by resizing them.
