The only way to stay healthy is to try and be at your best. The majority of us don’t want to be high like you do. We want to be at our best because that is what we aspire to be, but we’re not high like you. So, we make it a priority to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Well, you’re not like us. You’re an ultra-competitive athlete or something. And you can’t be a healthy athlete, or you will not be a great athlete. You have to be at your best, and if you aren’t, you will not be well. So, you need to be on the “high”, even if your body isnt.

Well, that’s pretty much what we hear from many of our students at the moment. It’s not just the competitive athletes. It’s the people who are always chasing their dreams and don’t really have a lot of patience for anything in life. They want to be the best. And they feel they have to be the best because that’s what they’re used to. But if their bodies are not at their best, they will not be at their best.
We have a word for this, “laziness.” It is laziness in the sense of not having the patience to wait for things to happen. Often times it is the things that are not happening in your life that you want to change for the better. But you dont want to be high like me. Because then you cant see the progress you are making. You dont want to hear the sound of your body’s breathing.
This is why all the world is high. It is because our bodies are so well equipped to handle the stresses of life, so we tend to ignore the fact that we are living in a constant state of stress and strain. If you are reading this and you do not want to be high like me, then you need to be mindful of the fact that your body is in a constant state of being stressed which is not good for you. You need to give yourself breaks.
There are only a few ways to avoid being high like me and the best of these ways is to relax. If you can slow down your thoughts, take a bath, sit in a chair instead of walking around, or just watch a funny movie, then you can avoid being high like me. We all have a tendency to get carried away with the fun we want to have and so it can be hard to resist sometimes.
