This is what I was talking about. It is when we take the good that we take the bad. We take the good because we feel good about ourselves, but we also take the bad because we don’t want to be judged. This is the reason why I have such a hard time with this concept. I always want to be perfect.
The best way to deal with this is to take the good and the bad and just let them go. When you’re feeling good, it’s easy to be a victim. Like with many things. When we feel good about ourselves we feel good about ourselves and think nothing of the bad we may do. But when we feel bad about ourselves, we feel bad about ourselves and think it is a bad thing to be.
I don’t know about you, but I definitely think this is a very common phenomenon. Often people feel terrible about themselves even when they are not. For instance, a couple of years ago, I was on a date that I thought was going really well but was not. I felt terrible because I had been drinking a lot and I thought I had cheated on him. I didn’t know how to live with myself when I felt this way.
I know this is a hard one for many people to understand but when you feel terrible, you think it is a bad thing to feel bad about yourself. When this happens to you, it is hard if you are not in a place to let it go. That is the trick to getting better, and it is a huge challenge for me because I am often not in a place to let it go.
I guess you could say that you take the good you take the bad.
I know it’s a great way to look at it, but I know I do it to myself. I don’t like to feel bad about myself, I can’t stand to feel like a failure, but I have tried and I have failed. And I feel like the only way I am going to get it is by taking the bad I take the good.
And speaking of taking the good, it is my experience that just like with taking the bad, the trick to taking the good comes in the form of the right motivation. I guess that is the next trick to taking the good.
This is part of the reason why some people are skeptical about the ‘blessings’ that meditation and the ‘happy state’ seem to offer. It is not just that we need to find something, anything, that we can take the good and the bad of the world and put into our own lives. We also need to find something that we can take to the next level and be rewarded for it. And this can happen if we have a strong motivation to do it.
If we all find something that makes us happy and give it our all, then we will be motivated by the fact that something good will come our way. And it will be a motivator, because it is something good that we are able to take and make our own life better. What we find that will make us happy enough to make ourselves better, is often something we can create ourselves.
